With over 28 years experience in the IT Service industry dealing with large Global customers we have an invaluable background in the support sector. We have brought to the SME the experience gained with large industry clients to enable us to improve the services offered to the small business.

We believe that the same models utilised in the large enterprise can be used in the small business environment making them much more efficient and cost effective. We have changed the thinking of a number of our clients moving them away from going for the ‘Cheapest’ route to investing a little more but providing a more ‘Professional’ solution. This has proved effective with our clients and has reduced the number of onsite visits. This has also helped us administer their networks remotely and provide a much faster fix to their problems.

The Support Services we offer are a combination of the individual services on this site with additional helpdesk and remote desktop support.

With a support contract the following services are included in a monthly support fee:

We try to make it as simple as possible, one fee for all the ongoing services above, so we don't charge for every phone call and you don't have to worry how long we spend on the phone.

Additional onsite support and project work are chargeable.

If the network is setup properly then the number of onsite visits should be minimal and will only be required for new installations or for problems not solved over the phone.
