Microsoft Essentials

Our Microsoft Essentials course has been designed for users who want an all round introduction to Microsoft Office, rather than focusing on a particular application. The course provides a basic introduction to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Migration Courses

Our Migration courses are for those who are looking to support staff when upgrading from an earlier version of Microsoft Office to Office 2007 or 2010. We take a look at the new user interface - which is very different from earlier versions, then look at some of the key differences in Outlook, Word and Excel. These courses help to reduce the disruption to work practices that can occur when upgrading to new software versions.

Floor walking Trainer floor walking your office dealing with adhoc individual requests. Great to support any recent software upgrades

IT surgeries Trainer based in your offices with staff able to book time slots to work on individual requirements

Support material

Electronic course manuals to support the learning will be emailed to the delegates. A great reference source

Venues

We will come to your offices. You will need to provide 1 laptop/pc per delegate and preferably a designated training space/meeting room. Alternatively we can accommodate groups of up to 4 out our offices.
