The renewal of this badge of excellence is a great way to continue our 15-year birthday celebrations and proves what we already know from our client feedback, that we consistently provide products and services that meet our clients’ (and regulatory) requirements.
The ISO9001 accreditation is an internationally recognised award that shows that our management processes are consistently focused on meeting our customers’ requirements and improving their satisfaction in the services that we provide.
It shows you that we have been recognised and assessed by an independent body and have proved that we have good and efficient organisation processes and that we are continually working to improve them.
ISO9001 also requires a yearly surveillance visit, which checks that we are running our processes properly and that our staff are healthy and happy, and have a good working environment.
