What's Included in Lite, Lite + and Lite Pro

Our Lite, Lite + and Lite Pro IT support packages all include our Service Desk providing Remote Support. Our IT Support Desk is available to provide help and assistance on weekdays between 8am and 6pm, and our customisable user portal offers complete visibility and control of your user tickets, meaning you can see what we're doing to resolve any issue.

Each of our small business IT support packages contains different services, a description of each of these can be found below:-   

If we are unable to resolve your issue over the phone and you wish for one of our experienced engineers to attend your offices, we will schedule the visit at the earliest convenience.

Onsite support is available as a bolt on service with each of the Lite packages. We are happy to provide a quote for this addition.

Should you have chosen not to take on the bolt on service, we can provide a quotation to attend site and resolve specific issues on an ad-hoc basis.

Via our monitoring platform we will provide a leading antivirus product. Using the monitoring element of the software we can ensure the product is updated frequently. We will also schedule regular scans that will detect and then report any potential threats that are stored on your device.

With this type of threat on the increase, we will deploy a new generation agent based solution to your device. The technology prevents malicious spontaneous encryption of data by all forms of Ransomware. The technology also allows the ability to rollback your data to their original safe condition.

Via our monitoring platform we can manage 3rd party and operating system patches. We will be able to automate the delivery of patches to the device.

Monthly we will provide a report based upon the status of your monitored equipment. This will include areas such as disk space, age of device and patch management.

We will provide you with a single premium licence. The licence allows you to install (on PC and MAC)  and use the standard office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access (Not-Online), aswell as core services such as Exchange (Email), OneDrive, Sharepoint and Teams. Any additional licences required will be charged independently of this service.

Associated with the Exchange element of Office365, ATP protects against malicious threats attached to email messages. This additional protection layer, scans attachments before they are delivered to the users mailbox and will also using a database query any suspicious looking URL’s.

As part of the Office 365 licence, you will have the ability to store data within the above two products. You can store upto 1TB (per organisation) of data in One-Drive. If there are several users, using Sharepoint as a shared file location is a practical solution of where to create a business data structure.

Contrary to common belief whilst all the above could be located in Microsoft’s Data Centres’ throughout the UK and Europe, the tenancy data, which includes your email, One-Drive and or Sharepoint is not backed up. Our solution takes snapshots of these areas, 3 times a day.

The mobile phone is such a vital piece of equipment for the small business, but what happens if you lose it with all your business data on. Our mobile device management solution (MDM) allows us to monitor and secure the endpoint device.

Most businesses in the UK will look to achieve the UK Government’s Cyber standard, called Cyber Essentials. The basic level is a self-certified solution. By installing the agent on both your device and mobile, not for the day of assessment, but for the whole year, you can qualify if your equipment meets the Cyber Essentials Standard.
