About us:

Formed in 2004 by owner Lee Pepper, who has over 30 years’ experience in IT, customer service is at the heart of what we do. The founding team at LP come from the customer service industry and understand that a high level of customer service and project dedication are imperative when deciding who you should partner with.

Meet The Team

Lee Pepper

Director

Experience: 30+ Years

Lee established the business in 2004 after working for many years at an IT Outsourcing company based out of Finland. Lee has worked in the IT Industry since 1988 starting in the Helpdesk and then working up through the business to become UK Operations Manager

Steve Kirby

Operations Director

Experience: 25+ Years

Steve recently joined LP and brings with him a wealth of experience in the MSP world and how to deliver Managed Services to clients. He is already overseeing a major upgrade to our PSA tool as well as overhauling the internal team structure at LP.

Richard Vallely

Senior Professional Services Engineer

Experience: 20+ Years

Richard joined LP in 2016 as a Service Desk Analyst before recently being promoted to his current role. Richard has a vast and varied IT career stretching over 20 years. He is very much seen as a mentor to some of the junior staff and is a member of the Management Team. Outside of his IT career he is a qualified winemaker and if you pass a micro-pub in the south-east keep an eye out as Richard could well be inside doing his ‘research’.

Mark Driver

Service Desk Manager

Experience: 10+ Years

Mark joined LP Networks in 2015 after working a number of IT Roles at Fitness First. Mark is very focused on his role looking after the Service desk team ensuring the day to day running of the service is to a high standard. Mark is also a key member of LP Networks management team

Andrew Gurney

Professional Services Engineer

Experience: 25+ Years

Andy joined LP from the same path as Lee (via the Royal Navy), a couple of years after the business started. Andy has a wealth of experience across all areas of IT and has been focussing on Project work in the last 2 years.

Ryan Scott

Senior Service Desk Analyst

Experience: 5+ Years

Ryan arrived at LP in 2016 as a Service Desk Analyst and recently got promoted to a Senior role. Ryan has a strong leaning towards the Project area of the business and is very process driven. Ryan also currently holds the role of company social secretary.

Franz Clark

Professional Services Engineer

Experience: 25+ Years

Franz arrived at LP Networks last year to join our Professional Services Team after a long career with large outsourcing company Cap Gemini where his main customer was the Metropolitan Police. He has great experience in the Virtualisation world in particular Hyper-V cluster environments. In his spare time he can be seen hacking his way round Sidcup golf course.

Mike Lawrence

Professional Services Engineer

Experience: 15+ Years

Mike joined LP Networks at the beginning of 2018 after previously working as an on-site engineer for small businesses and home users. He has great overall knowledge of IT and enjoys tinkering with anything gadget related. When he's not knee deep in computer parts he enjoys taking his "Lamborghini" (he wishes) out on road trips to explore new places.

Maxine Field

Finance

Experience: 20+ Years
Maxine works part time as our Finance and Admin manager. Maxine has been working at LP for many years and is integral in the management of the accounts and helping to run the office.

Daniel Smith

Service Desk Graduate

Daniel is our first employee to join us through the IT Graduation programme in April 2018, he is showing early promise and a can do attitude - taking on any tasks currently being thrown at him! Outside the office he has an interest in all things of a sporting nature.

Kai North

IT Graduate

Kai is our newest recruit having arrived in May 2018 and is our second employee who has joined on the IT Graduation programme as a means to further his career in technology. Outside of the work place, Kai is a keen musician and a frequent player of the guitar.

Marley

Office Dog

Experience: 1 Year

Marley is a rescue dog and joined LP last year, he spends most of his day sleeping in the corner or doing the rounds looking for the odd pat on the head. He is partial to chicken fridge raiders.
