If you’ve looked at the bottom of our website you might have noticed that we have loads of symbols and numbers there. They show that our team have met certain exacting standards and have passed assessments based on the service we provide, how we run the business, how we deal with clients, and our knowledge of the products that we supply. Essentially, they prove that LP Networks are a good and trustworthy business, so, we are extremely proud to announce that we’ve been reaccredited for ISO9001 and ISO14001.
ISO9001 is a universally recognised accreditation that is awarded to businesses who consistently prove that their systems and processes meet all statutory and regulatory requirements and who constantly look at ways to improve their systems and processes. For LP Networks this means that we work hard to ensure that our customers and clients are always happy with the products and services they receive and that we regularly assess our working practices and look at ways we can improve them.
LP Networks other recent reaccreditation, ISO14001, focusses on environmental management. In a climate where all businesses should be considering their impact on the planet and the environment around them ISO14001 recognises and certifies companies who take their impact seriously. LP Networks consider our impact very seriously and have had to prove and document how our processes affect the environment, what we already do to limit them, and what we plan to do in the future. So, as an example, where possible we reconfigure and donate any devices that may have some use to charities and community organisations, if the devices are obsolete or don’t work we then have them professionally recycled. This reduces landfill waste.
Using a business with ISO9001 and ISO14001 gives you the peace of mind that not only will your needs be expertly and professionally catered for; the planet’s will be too.
