The Brief

Our client has become a leading name in the legal and compliance recruitment sector, specialising in the recruitment of lawyers for in-house positions and law firms. 
Our client originally reached out to us, having had some software issues to see if we could help. It was quickly established that LP Networks could help, and the relationship was formed. Our client was looking at a new IT Provider and after many meetings and conversations to discuss what was required, after both parties were happy, we proceeded with on-boarding.

The Solution

Our first point of call was to contact our client, to give some further information on the LitePro package (Ideal for 1-7 users) and what support this includes. MSP LPN Lite PRO 

Our operations team then contacted our client to agree on a mutual time to commence the onboarding process and advise on how long this process would take. The On-Boarding project set-up is based on the following: 

On-Boarding Project 

  • Set up Office 365 tenancy (ATP, MFA) including gaining passwords/information from our client’s previous IT Support company. 
  • Deploy LP Support agents on hardware to begin to take over the security aspect. Set up Sophos Endpoint protection and deploy.
  • Set up Sophos Encryption and deploy.
  • Setup Office 365 software for client
  • Setup Office 365 Tenancy backups
  • Set up any 365 Licenses (Business Premium included with the LITE Pro package) and configure the newly acquired Email domain.
  • Set up Compliance platform and deploy agent.
