Our Client, Watching That is a leading video Intelligence platform designed to help online video content publishers and broadcasters drive their highest fill rates.

The Challenge

Watching That understand the importance of investing in their IT, Having already invested into improving their hardware and software security within the business. Watching That also wanted to increase their business & employee protection by implementing protocols and controls that will guard their organisations data against a potential Cyber-attack.

LP Networks Director Lee Pepper is both a Cyber Essentials & IASME governance Assessor and so understands the most common cyber threats out there. However, across all industries, there has been a significant increase in targeted Cyber & Ransomware attacks trying to leverage lack of staff awareness surrounding potential threats.

Watching That were keen to ensure their commitment to Cyber Security by proceeding with a Cyber Essentials Guided Audit

The Solution

Cyber Essentials is an effective, Government backed scheme that will help you to protect your organisation, whatever its size, against an entire range of the most common cyber-attacks.

• Initially Lee emailed Antonia Alonzo, Head of Global Operations at Watching That to arrange a kick off meeting to advise the process and next steps.
• On payment Lee sent a client details sheet to Antonia to be able to collect details for the portal setup.
• Once client details received, Lee also set up Watching That in the IASME portal and credentials sent to Antonia via SMS.
• Once all client details were in the portal, lee sent an empty copy of the relevant Pre-Assessment questions to Antonia to complete as best they can and send back to lee.
• Lee ran through Pre-Assessment questions which will be reviewed and marked in a ‘’mock’’ assessment.
• Lee created some actions from the reviewed document in which Antonia and her team will update based on the actions required.
• Both Lee & Antonia had a team meeting to review and considered if ready for Antonia submission.
• Lee then helped Antonia with the final submission.
• Lee noted the Certification pass date as he will set a reminder for next year.
