The Brief/Challenge

Our client, who offers secretarial services for Mental Health Consultants contacted LP Networks through a recommendation looking for secure IT support in order to maintain GDPR compliance.

Our client was interested in the LitePro package we offer on our website and wanted to know in further detail what the price includes.

It was suggested a business domain be created to build the tenancy around. A formal quotation was sent to our client detailing costs for the Domain and reoccurring monthly costs for the LitePro Package. This was agreed with our client and ordered.

LP Networks were engaged fully with Our client during the on-boarding project after the order had been processed and Paperwork signed. Our Operations team then made contact with our client to agree a mutual time to commence the boarding process and advise on how long this process would take.
