New Client Onboarding - Boutique Talent Agency

The Brief/Challenge

Our client, a management company, talent agency and production hub representing actors, directors, producers, and writers. LP Networks were lucky enough to have supported this client previously under a different name so was delighted when they made contact once again. 

They client represents creators in all sectors of the industry and provide bespoke personal management to ensure that their clients accomplish their ambitions. 

They are a boutique management, company, and talent agency, entirely owner led and managed. 

The Solution

Our first point of call was to arrange a meeting with our client, to gain some insight into how the business has been going, requirements for support and that led us to give some further information on the LitePro package and what was included with this.

LP Networks were engaged fully with Our client during the on-boarding project after the order had been processed and Paperwork signed. Our operations manager Jason then made contact with our client to agree a mutual time to commence the boarding process and advise on how long this process would take. Hardware and software were also purchased separately so we also re profiled and built the devices for the client as well. 

The On-Boarding project set up is based on the below:

On-Boarding Project

  • Setup Office 365 tenancy (ATP, MFA)
  • Set up new Hardware (Deploy support agents, backup, encryption, AV/AR) 
  • Purchase & Setup of Adobe Acrobat Licenses 
  • Purchase & Setup Final Draft Software Licenses 
  • Purchase & Setup Zoom Subscription License. 
  • Setup Compliance platform and deploy agent
  • Configure newly acquired Email domain
  • SharePoint Site setup 


Our client now has a full Managed IT support agreement with LP Networks, the benefits being:

  • Office 365 Premium License, the license allows you to install and use the standard office application (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Mobile device management. 
  • As Part of the Office 365 license, you have the ability to store data within OneDrive and SharePoint.
