The Brief/Challenge

Not Another Marketing Agency is an Integrated Business and Marketing Consultancy with whom we have worked for a number of years.  They underwent significant growth in the last 18 months and were looking for a supportive IT company and professional solution to enable all the different client files to be stored effectively and accessed remotely by relevant team members. NAMA had a number of email domains that needed rerouting, and historical data moved; as well as a substantial amount of file storage spread amongst various cloud platforms.  Not Another Marketing Agency were also looking for a solution that could scale with them as they continue to grow and be suitable for completing their plan to become Cyber Essentials Certified. 

The Solution

We provided a bespoke solution based on our Lite Pro package, creating a structured Sharepoint Solution allowing the permission and storage allowances that were needed. In addition, we rerouted emails to central points and set up an MS Team environment that enables all internal communication to be kept secure and in one place.
