Over the last 15 years we have ridden out a changeable economy and ever evolving Information Technology industry, plus, it is hard to ignore the potential impact of Brexit.
LP Networks began our journey in February 2004, in Sidcup when Lee Pepper decided to build a business based on the ethos of working hard to provide an effective, reliable and good value IT support service for clients. Lee has instilled the same important values into the team as the company has grown.
In 2006 London Property Maintenance received a letter through their door, our first attempt at marketing, and became a client. Thirteen years later, we’re still servicing all of their IT needs. The past 15 years have seen year on year growth in the number of clients and devices supported as LPN has formed long-term supportive relationships with our clients.
One of the core reasons for our continued and sustained growth has been maintaining a long-term, stable workforce; the longest-serving member of staff joined in 2006. Over the years LPN has introduced a range of staff benefits over the years from creating a Reward Gateway to help give staff discount perks through to having fresh fruit delivered weekly to the office.
LP Networks is now a team of 13 (12 human, 1 canine) with a combined experience of over 165 years! In 2018 we started our graduate scheme, which was shortlisted for The Best of Royal Greenwich Business Awards, and now have 2 members of the next generation of IT professionals training in our office.
We are constantly thinking about how we can improve the services and technology that we offer to our clients and are now a Microsoft Silver Partner, a CompTIA member, a Silver Partner of the Sophos MSP Connect Flex Program and we have just received our ISO14001 accreditation (LPN has been ISO9001 accredited since 2014).
